JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based marketing company that books appointments for home service and automotive businesses. We handle the leads. You handle the calls. Your job is to follow up with people who are already interested and book them in for a confirmed appointment.
This is a phone sales role. You will be calling warm leads, not cold prospects. These are people who already showed interest in getting their windows tinted or other services done. Your job is to answer questions, handle basic objections, and collect a deposit to lock in their appointment.
What you will do:
Call warm inbound and follow-up leads provided by us daily. Collect a deposit over the phone to confirm the booking. Follow a proven call script we provide. Track your calls and bookings in our CRM.
What we need from you:
Neutral English accent with very clear, easy-to-understand pronunciation. No heavy regional accent. Confident and friendly phone presence. Basic computer and CRM skills. Available during US business hours. Consistent and reliable, this is not a gig, it is a real position.
Pay: Fixed monthly base plus performance bonus per confirmed booking.
Experience: Sales or customer service by phone preferred. Home service or automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
