Position Overview
We are seeking an Amazon eCommerce Operations Assistant to support our Amazon store management tasks. This role mainly involves product listing creation, variation setup, listing maintenance, image uploads, and general catalog management. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and online tools. Previous Amazon experience is helpful but not required - we are open to training motivated candidates with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
What We Value Most - Attention to Detail
On Amazon, a single wrong SKU, variation value, or image can affect an entire product page. We're not looking for "close enough" - we're looking for someone who works to the standard of "it has to be exactly right."
• Double-checks listing and variation information before and after entering it
• Keeps a consistent standard and format even across repetitive tasks
• Catches missing rows, typos, and mismatched values before flat-file / bulk uploads go live
• Doesn't skip over small differences (size labels, color names, image specs)
• When unsure, confirms with the team instead of guessing
Key Responsibilities
• Create and manage Amazon product listings
• Build and update product variations (size, color, style, etc.)
• Maintain and optimize listing information
• Upload and organize product images and content
• Monitor listing issues and communicate with the team for resolution
• Update product information using Excel and Google Sheets
• Support day-to-day eCommerce operational tasks
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across product listings
• Work closely with tea
Requirements
• Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central is a plus
• Experience with product listings or eCommerce operations preferred but not required
• Comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good time management and reliable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and complete tasks accurately
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Basic written English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience with Amazon listings or Shopify/eCommerce platforms
• Experience using flat files or bulk uploads
• Familiarity with image management and product catalog organization
Work Schedule
• Remote position
• Work hours follow US Pacific Time (PT). Check the PHT equivalents below before applying.
• Default: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PT (= 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM PHT) · 30-min break
• Probation may temporarily be 3:00 AM - 11:30 AM PT (= 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM PHT)
Compensation
• Probation rate: $3.5/hr. Upon successful completion, performance is reviewed, and a rate increase may be considered based on accuracy, attendance, and overall fit.
