Amazon Influencer & YouTube Virtual Assistant

Position: Part-Time Virtual Assistant with Potential for Full-Time

About the Role

I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support my Amazon Influencer and YouTube content workflow.

Experience with the Amazon Influencer Program, Amazon Creator Connections, YouTube uploads, or video editing is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate.

This is a long-term role for someone who can follow instructions carefully, work efficiently, manage repetitive tasks accurately, and maintain organized records.

Amazon Influencer Video Uploads

* Upload completed product review videos to Amazon.
* Tag the correct product ASIN.
* Confirm that each video is matched to the correct product listing and variation.

YouTube Video Syndication

Amazon product review videos will also be published to my YouTube channel.

The initial project will focus on uploading my existing video backlog to YouTube.

Responsibilities include:

* Download video footage from the assigned folder/ or from Amazon itself. (download/upload speed matters)
* Add the correct YouTube intro and outro (provided via Canva)
* Add an approved royalty-free soundtrack where appropriate (royalty free tracks are provided via Google Drive)
* Make minor edits, if necessary.
* Export the completed YouTube version.
* Upload the video to YouTube.

YouTube Titles and Descriptions

Use ChatGPT and the product information provided to create:

* Generate a Thumbnail Image for YouTube (ChatGPT knows how to do this)
* Clear product descriptions.
* Search-friendly wording.

Every YouTube description must begin with:

1. The provided URL Vue deep link.
2. The provided Amazon Associates affiliate link.

The product description, bullet points, and other information must appear below those two links.

YouTube Thumbnails

Amazon product listing images must not be used to create thumbnails.

For each thumbnail:

* Capture a clear screenshot of the product from my original video footage (can include me talking).
* Provide the screenshot and an accurate description of the product to ChatGPT.
* Use ChatGPT to generate thumbnail concepts, wording, bullet points, and attention-grabbing text.

Light Video Editing

Most videos will require little or no editing.

Occasional editing may include:

* Trimming the beginning or end.
* Adding the YouTube intro and outro.
* Adding an approved royalty-free soundtrack.
* Adding simple intro captions when requested.

Organization and Reporting

* Keep Google Drive folders organized.
* Follow the required file-naming system.
* Update all tracking spreadsheets.

Time Tracking

All working hours must be accurately tracked using the approved time-tracking software.
Time records must match the work completed. Accurate tracking is required for payroll, expense records, and tax documentation.

Internet Requirements

This role requires downloading and uploading large video files regularly.

Applicants must have:
* Reliable high-speed internet.
* Good download speeds.
* Good upload speeds.
* A dependable computer capable of basic video editing and file management.

Applicants must include a current internet speed test showing both upload and download speeds.

Training can be provided, but applicants with relevant experience will receive preference.

* Report promising opportunities that need my attention.
