JOB OVERVIEW

Are you an Amazon Wholesale pro who knows how to spot winning products, build supplier relationships, and keep Seller Central running like a well-oiled machine? If you thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and can work independently with confidence we want to hear from you. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Amazon Wholesale Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in FBA, product sourcing, and wholesale account management. You’ll play a key role in scaling our Amazon business by researching profitable products, managing suppliers, and handling daily Seller Central operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Research and identify profitable wholesale products
Contact and open accounts with brand owners, distributors, and wholesalers
Analyze products using tools like Keepa, SellerAmp (SAS), Helium 10, and similar
Create, prep, and manage FBA shipments
Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and stock health
Plan and manage restocks and replenishment
Handle Amazon Seller Central tasks (listings, uploads, cases, flat files, etc.)
Maintain accurate spreadsheets, reports, and documentation
Communicate professionally with suppliers and internal tea ---------- mbers

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an Amazon Wholesale VA
Strong understanding of the Amazon FBA workflow
Solid product research and data analysis skills
Hands-on experience with Keepa, SAS, Helium 10, or similar tools
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Stable internet connection and reliable work setup
