JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT US
We're a US-based (Michigan) Amazon wholesale seller. We buy direct from brands
and authorized distributors and sell FBA. We're building out our supplier pipeline and need someone to own the front end of it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build our distributor and brand pipeline inside our sourcing platform (Third-Party Profits) — research, screen, and log complete supplier records
- Send outreach emails to US distributors and brands to open wholesale accounts
- Handle the standard objections ("we don't sell to Amazon sellers," "no e-commerce") and push applications through to approval
- Get line sheets and price lists, load them into the platform, and run scans
- Identify profitable products we're cleared to sell and build purchase orders for the owner to approve
- Track everything daily in the platform and a shared Google Sheet

SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm US Eastern = 9:00pm-5:00am Manila.
This is a night shift. Please only apply if you can commit to it long term.

REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year as an Amazon VA, wholesale sourcing strongly preferred
- Excellent written English — you'll email US brand reps without me editing it
- Clear spoken English — this role includes phone calls to US distributors
- Strong Google Sheets/Excel: VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, pivot tables, text-to-columns, and you know why a UPC has to be stored as text
- You understand FBA fees: referral, fulfillment by size tier, storage, inbound placement
- Comfortable with Keepa and/or SellerAmp — sales rank, offer count, Buy Box
- You know what a line sheet, case pack, inner pack, MOQ and net-30 are
- Reliable internet plus a backup connection, backup power, and a quiet space for calls
- Your own computer and headset

NICE TO HAVE
- You've used Third-Party Profits, SmartScout, or Tactical Arbitrage
- You've personally opened wholesale accounts with US brands or distributors
- Experience getting brands ungated legitimately

PAY
Starts with a paid 5-day trial project. Strong performers move to a full-time monthly role with a night-shift premium, semi-monthly pay via Wise or Payoneer, and a 13th-month bonus.
