We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Amazon Wholesale Product Research and Sourcing VA to support our growing operation.
This role is focused on identifying profitable and scalable product opportunities for Amazon FBA through structured research and sourcing support. We are looking for someone who understands how to evaluate listings, analyze data, identify risks, and organize leads in a clean and consistent way.
Main responsibilities include:
Research profitable product opportunities using tools such as Keepa, SmartScout, SellerAmp, and related platforms
Analyze listings for price history, sales consistency, competition level, seller count, buy box behavior, and Amazon presence
Identify potential sourcing opportunities through brand research, supplier research, reverse sourcing, and storefront analysis
Assist with supplier and brand lead generation
Organize leads in Google Sheets with accurate notes, links, and decision-ready reporting
Follow a structured workflow and SOP
Flag risks such as unstable pricing, excessive competition, Amazon dominance, IP concerns, or poor sourcing feasibility
We are looking for someone with:
Experience in Amazon FBA product research
Strong knowledge of Keepa and SellerAmp
Experience with SmartScout, reverse sourcing, storefront stalking, or brand research
Good judgment when filtering products
Strong spreadsheet and reporting discipline
Attention to detail, consistency, and clear communication
Preferred:
Experience with wholesale-style sourcing workflows
Experience finding supplier, distributor, or brand leads
Familiarity with replenishable and scalable products
Ability to work within structured systems and performance expectations
This role may begin with a screening process, including follow-up questions, a brief call, and a short practical test.
