Company Overview
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company operating 100+ online stores across multiple platforms. We're seeking experienced Virtual Assistants to build and scale our Amazon business in the global marketplace from startup to $50,000+ monthly revenue.
Team Structure & Roles Needed
Based on your scaling goals, you'll need 3-4 specialized VAs working collaboratively:
Position 1: Amazon Store Manager / Team Lead
Rate: $4-6/hour (experienced) | Full-time
Primary Responsibilities:
Overall store performance and P&L management
Strategic planning and growth initiatives
Team coordination and task delegation
Weekly/monthly reporting and analytics
Direct communication with store owner
Account health monitoring and troubleshooting
Key Duties:
Monitor all KPIs (sales, margins, IPI, account health)
Develop and execute growth strategies
Manage advertising budget allocation
Coordinate with other tea
Handle complex issues and escalations
Ensure compliance with Amazon TOS
Requirements:
3+ years Amazon Seller Central experience

Position 2: Product Sourcing & Supplier Specialist
Rate: $3-5/hour | Full-time
Primary Responsibilities:
Wholesale supplier outreach and relationship management
Online arbitrage product research and analysis
Profit margin calculations and deal evaluation
Purchase order management
Brand ungating applications
Inventory planning coordination
Key Duties:
Research and vet profitable products daily (20-50 products/day)
Contact and negotiate with wholesale suppliers
Complete brand ungating applications (invoices, authorization letters)
Use sourcing tools: Keepa, SellerAmp, Tactical Arbitrage, Rev Seller
Analyze competitor pricing and market trends
Create and maintain supplier database
Process purchase orders and track shipments
Source products meeting criteria: 30%+ ROI, sales rank < 100K in category

Inventory management and forecasting
Shipment creation and FBA logistics
Catalog management
A+ Content creation
Image sourcing and basic editing
Key Duties:
Create high-converting product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions)
Keyword research and SEO optimization
Manage inventory levels and reorder points
Create FBA shipment plans
Handle stranded/suppressed inventory issues
Monitor listing health and fix errors
Update pricing based on repricer rules
Coordinate with warehouse/prep centers
Track shipment status and resolve issues
Requirements:

Position 4: PPC Manager & Repricer Specialist
Rate: $3.50-5/hour | Full-time or Part-time initially

Set up and manage Sponsored Product/Brand/Display campaigns
