Amazon Wholesale & Online Arbitrage VA Team
Company Overview
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company operating 100+ online stores across multiple platforms. We're seeking experienced Virtual Assistants to build and scale our Amazon business in the global marketplace from startup to $50,000+ monthly revenue.
Team Structure & Roles Needed
Based on your scaling goals, you'll need 3-4 specialized VAs working collaboratively:

Position 1: Amazon Store Manager / Team Lead
Rate: $4-6/hour (experienced) | Full-time
Primary Responsibilities:

Overall store performance and P&L management
Strategic planning and growth initiatives
Team coordination and task delegation
Weekly/monthly reporting and analytics
Direct communication with store owner
Account health monitoring and troubleshooting

Key Duties:

Monitor all KPIs (sales, margins, IPI, account health)
Develop and execute growth strategies
Manage advertising budget allocation
Coordinate with other tea ---------- mbers
Handle complex issues and escalations
Ensure compliance with Amazon TOS

Requirements:

3+ years Amazon Seller Central experience
Proven track record scaling stores to $30K+ monthly
Strong analytical and leadership skills
Excellent English communication
Experience with wholesale and online arbitrage


Position 2: Product Sourcing & Supplier Specialist
Rate: $3-5/hour | Full-time
Primary Responsibilities:

Wholesale supplier outreach and relationship management
Online arbitrage product research and analysis
Profit margin calculations and deal evaluation
Purchase order management
Brand ungating applications
Inventory planning coordination

Key Duties:

Research and vet profitable products daily (20-50 products/day)
Contact and negotiate with wholesale suppliers
Complete brand ungating applications (invoices, authorization letters)
Use sourcing tools: Keepa, SellerAmp, Tactical Arbitrage, Rev Seller
Analyze competitor pricing and market trends
Create and maintain supplier database
Process purchase orders and track shipments
Source products meeting criteria: 30%+ ROI, sales rank < 100K in category

Tools Required Experience:

Keepa, CamelCamelCamel
SellerAmp SAS / Tactical Arbitrage
Google Sheets for tracking
Supplier outreach platforms


Position 3: Listing Optimization & Inventory Manager
Rate: $3-4.50/hour | Full-time
Primary Responsibilities:

Product listing creation and optimization
Inventory management and forecasting
Shipment creation and FBA logistics
Catalog management
A+ Content creation
Image sourcing and basic editing

Key Duties:

Create high-converting product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions)
Keyword research and SEO optimization
Manage inventory levels and reorder points
Create FBA shipment plans
Handle stranded/suppressed inventory issues
Monitor listing health and fix errors
Update pricing based on repricer rules
Coordinate with warehouse/prep centers
Track shipment status and resolve issues

Requirements:

2+ years Seller Central experience
Strong copywriting skills in English
Knowledge of FBA logistics
Familiar with listing optimization best practices
Detail-oriented and organized


Position 4: PPC Manager & Repricer Specialist
Rate: $3.50-5/hour | Full-time or Part-time initially
Primary Responsibilities:

Amazon PPC campaign management
Automated repricer monitoring and optimization
Competitive pricing analysis
Ad performance reporting
Buy Box monitoring

Key Duties:

Set up and manage Sponsored Product/Brand/Display campaigns
Keyword research and bid optimization
Monitor ACoS, TACoS, and ROI metrics
Manage repricer settings (we recommend tools like RepricerExpress, Aura, or BQool)
Adjust pricing strategies for Buy Box wins
A/B test ad copy and targeting
Generate weekly PPC reports
Negative keyword optimization
Budget pacing and allocation

Tools Experience Required:

Amazon Advertising Console

We're building a dedicated team to launch and scale our Amazon store to $50,000+ monthly revenue through wholesale and online arbitrage strategies.
What We're Building:

Multi-category Amazon store (Books, Home & Kitchen, Toys, Electronics, Health)
Wholesale and online arbitrage model
Global marketplace presence (US, UK, EU)
Target: $50K monthly revenue within 12-18 months

Team Positions Available:

Amazon Store Manager - Lead the team, manage overall performance
Product Sourcing Specialist - Find profitable products, manage suppliers
Listing & Inventory Manager - Optimize listings, manage FBA logistics
PPC & Repricer Manager - Drive traffic and optimize pricing

What You Must Have:
? 2-5 years Amazon Seller Central experience (not just buyer account)
? Proven experience with wholesale or online arbitrage
? Knowledge of brand ungating processes
? Familiarity with repricer tools (RepricerExpress, Aura, BQool, etc.)
? Experience with sourcing tools (Keepa, Tactical Arbitrage, SellerAmp)
? Strong English communication skills
? Stable internet connection and professional work setup
? Available for full-time commitment (40 hours/week)
Preferred Experience:
? Scaled an Amazon store to $20K+ monthly
? Experience with restricted categories

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Sourcing 20-50 products daily with 30%+ ROI potential
Creating optimized product listings
Managing inventory and FBA shipments
Running PPC campaigns with target ACoS of 15-25%
Monitoring repricer for Buy Box performance
Processing ungating applications
Reporting on key metrics
