We’re looking for a skilled Amazon & Walmart Marketplace Specialist to help manage, optimize, and grow our clients’ stores.
Role Overview
As an Amazon & Walmart Marketplace Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing product listings across Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center. This role requires hands-on experience with marketplace SEO, listing creation, variation management, and ongoing store optimization to improve visibility, conversions, and sales.
You’ll work closely with our internal marketing and operations team to ensure listings are accurate, optimized, and aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon & Walmart Store Management
Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon and Walmart
Set up parent/child variations (size, color, flavor, bundles, etc.)
Manage product uploads via flat files when needed
Ensure listings comply with Amazon and Walmart policies
Listing Optimization (SEO)
Perform keyword research for Amazon and Walmart
Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and attributes
Improve listing structure to increase organic ranking and conversions
Optimize images and coordinate with designers when needed
Catalog & Data Management
Maintain accurate product data (pricing, SKUs, UPCs, attributes)
Fix listing issues, suppressed listings, and catalog errors
Monitor listing health and resolve account or product-level issues
Performance & Ongoing Optimization
Monitor listing performance and identify optimization opportunities
Implement improvements based on marketplace trends and best practices
Support promotions, pricing updates, and seasonal changes
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central
Experience with Walmart Seller Center
Strong understanding of Amazon & Walmart SEO
Experience creating and managing product variations
Knowledge of flat file uploads (preferred)
Familiarity with marketplace policies and compliance
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Experience with Amazon FBA and FBM
Knowledge of A+ Content or Walmart Rich Media
Experience working with multiple brands or agencies
Basic understanding of PPC (Amazon Ads / Walmart Ads)
