We run a wholesale/brand name reselling operation on Amazon and need an all-around VA who knows the resale game .You should already understand how to work with existing ASINs, source from authorized distributors, and keep our operation running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing:
Product Sourcing & Research — Scan wholesale price lists, compare against Amazon prices, check ROI/profit margins, verify sales rank, and flag winning products. Use tools like Keepa or similar to analyze deals.
Listing & Buy Box Management — Match products to existing ASINs, submit offers, manage pricing and repricing strategy, and monitor Buy Box performance. Handle any listing issues like suppressed or stranded inventory.
Inventory & Reordering — Track stock levels, place reorders with vendors/distributors before we run out, coordinate FBA inbound shipments (create shipment plans, generate labels), and follow up on open POs.
Vendor & Supplier Communication — Call and
Customer Service — Respond to buyer messages promptly, handle A-to-Z claims, process returns/refunds, manage seller feedback and product reviews. Keep account health metrics green.
Account Health & Compliance — Monitor IP complaints, handle policy violations, submit appeals, open Seller Support cases, request brand ungating/category approvals, and resolve ASIN-level issues.
Reporting — Pull sales and inventory reports, track margins, flag slow movers, and keep our spreadsheets and trackers updated.
Who You Are:
At least 1–2 years of Amazon Seller Central experience specifically in wholesale or brand name reselling
You know the difference between ROI and margin, and you can scan a price list quickly
Comfortable making phone calls to US-based vendors and distributors
Familiar with FBA shipment creation, case logs, and inventory management
Experience with Keepa or similar sourcing tools
Strong written and spoken English
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — you catch problems early
Able to work independently with minimal hand-holding
