JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview

We are looking for a full-time Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position for someone with hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central, catalog uploads, listing optimization, graphic creation, and A+ Content.

This role requires someone who can manage Amazon product listings and also create professional graphics, images, and branded A+ page content. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and able to work independently during U.S. Pacific Standard business hours.

Work Schedule
Full-time
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Pacific Standard Time
Must be available during these hours

Pay and Benefits
Starting at $5.00/hour, depending on experience
Paid U.S. holidays off

Responsibilities
Create, update, and optimize Amazon product listings
Manage Amazon catalog uploads using flat files, bulk upload templates, and partial updates
Troubleshoot listing upload issues, suppressed listings, variation errors, and content problems
Write and edit product titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and backend search terms
Create and update A+ Content
Create graphics, listing images, infographics, comparison charts, and branded visual content
Develop A+ pages and Amazon product page visuals that are clear, professional, and conversion-focused
Organize product information, image files, and listing assets
Use Helium 10 for keyword research, listing optimization, and competitor research
Support new product launches with complete and accurate listing setup
Maintain catalog accuracy across SKUs, parent-child variations, and product lines
Track tasks, updates, and product information using spreadsheets and project management tools
Provide general Amazon-related administrative support as needed
Required Experience
Experience working as an Amazon Virtual Assistant, Amazon Listing Specialist, or ecommerce assistant
Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central
Strong familiarity with the Amazon catalog upload process
Familiarity with Helium 10
Experience with:
flat files
bulk uploads
variation listings
fixing upload errors
product detail page updates
Experience writing and optimizing:
product titles
bullet points
descriptions
backend keywords
Experience creating and updating A+ Content
Must be able to create graphics, product images, infographics, and A+ page content
Must be able to design or assemble:
listing images
infographic images
comparison charts
lifestyle image layouts
A+ Content modules
brand story content
Experience using graphic design tools such as:
Canva
Photoshop
Illustrator
Figma
Ability to create content that is both visually appealing and conversion-focused
Experience fixing listing problems such as:
suppressed listings
variation issues
missing attributes
content/compliance issues
Computer and Technical Requirements
Strong computer skills
Comfortable using:
Amazon Seller Central
Excel or Google Sheets
CSV files and flat file uploads
Google Drive or Dropbox
project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday
Must have reliable high-speed internet
Must have a working camera for meetings
Must have a dependable computer or laptop suitable for full-time remote work
