JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We're looking for experienced Amazon Virtual Assistants who manage Seller Central accounts for their own clients to beta test Sydon.

What we need:
- You (or your managed clients) connect a live Amazon Seller Central account to Sydon
- You actively use the platform in your normal workflow
- You send us structured, honest feedback twice a week — what worked, what broke, what felt off
- Vocal about your user experience — don't just report bugs, tell us what's confusing, slow, or missing

Required domain expertise

Amazon Seller Central account management (US marketplace)
PPC campaign setup, optimization and reporting
Inventory management and restock planning
Repricing strategy and tools

Requirements:
- Must have genuine Seller Central access (own account or client's, with permission)
- Fluent English, written and spoken — you'll be communicating directly with our product team
- Working hours must overlap with US business hours
- Comfortable using new software and articulating what isn't working, not just what is
- Reliable — twice-weekly feedback is non-negotiable

Preferred:
- Currently managing a US-based Amazon Seller Central account

Compensation:
- Based on your client's account size/complexity — details discussed after initial screening
- Paid per feedback cycle, not hourly
