About the Role
We are hiring an Amazon Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations in Seller Central.
This role is execution-focused. You will be given clear SOPs and tasks — your job is to follow instructions accurately, verify your work, and complete tasks without creating additional work.
You should be able to think, troubleshoot basic issues independently, and communicate clearly when something is wrong.
Experience in handling account health issues is valued.
Core Responsibilities
Navigate Amazon Seller Central (listings, cases, account health)
Open and follow up on Seller Support cases
Follow SOPs step-by-step with high accuracy
Verify all work before marking tasks as complete
Report progress proactively and clearly
Requirements
Experience using Amazon Seller Central (required)
Experience opening Seller Support cases (required)
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel
Able to follow instructions precisely
Basic problem-solving ability (try before asking)
Able to communicate clearly in English

Always explain what you tried and propose at least one solution before asking for help
Do not wait passively — take initiative within your scope
