We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our growing ecommerce team. You'll take full ownership of our Amazon storefront — from product setup and listing optimization to PPC management and performance reporting. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows the Amazon ecosystem inside and out.
This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who has real, proven experience managing Amazon accounts and can hit the ground running from day one.
Responsibilities
Create, optimize, and manage product listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ content to maximize search visibility and conversions
Build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) — including keyword research, bid strategies, and budget management
Set up new products end-to-end: catalog creation, category selection, variation builds, and compliance checks
Onboard new brands onto Amazon Seller Central, handling account setup, documentation, and Brand Registry enrollment
Monitor inventory levels, flag low-stock risks, and coordinate with the team to prevent stockouts or excess inventory
Generate and analyze sales reports, pulling actionable insights from Business Reports, the Advertising Console, and third-party tools
Maintain listing health, resolve suppressed or stranded listings, and ensure ongoing policy compliance
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and listing optimization best practices
Experience running and optimizing PPC campaigns with measurable results
Familiarity with inventory monitoring and FBA/FBM workflows
Ability to read and interpret sales data and advertising reports
Experience onboarding new products and brands onto Amazon
Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills
Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Preferred (Bonus)
Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataDive
Knowledge of flat file uploads and bulk listing management
Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central
Basic design skills for image briefs or A+ content coordination
