JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage the daily operations of our growing Amazon reselling business.

Responsibilities:

* Research and find profitable product leads for Amazon online arbitrage.
* Analyze products and collect relevant information, including ASINs, supplier links, and pricing.
* Confirm supplier orders and verify order details, quantities, and shipping information.
* Follow up with suppliers regarding delayed, canceled, or problematic orders.
* Track purchases and maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and spreadsheets.
* Monitor order statuses and report any discrepancies or issues.
* Assist with general administrative tasks and other day-to-day business operations.

Requirements:

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Good written English communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel and amazon seller central.
* Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
* Reliable internet connection and a computer.
* Previous experience with Amazon FBA, online arbitrage, or virtual assistance is preferred but not required.
* Must be dependable, proactive, and willing to learn.
