JOB OVERVIEW

Position: We are looking for an experienced FEMALE Amazon Virtual Assistant specializing in Graphic design.
Our Business Model: Private Label (Note: we are not Wholesale, Online Arbitrage)
Full-time. 40 hours each week. Please do not apply if you are holding other jobs.
Remote (Work-from-home)

We need an Amazon-focused graphic designer who understands Amazon’s specific image requirements, content formats, customer buying behavior, and Seller Central processes. The ideal candidate can create high-quality Amazon content, conduct competitor research, identify opportunities to improve clicks and conversions, and manage completed assets inside Amazon Seller Central.

This is not a general graphic design role. We are looking for someone with proven Amazon experience, not someone who only knows how to use Photoshop, Illustrator, or AI tools. The right candidate understands how to create Amazon-specific visual content that is attractive, informative, and strategically optimized to support listing performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Design and optimize Amazon listing images.
-Create Premium A+ Content for desktop and mobile.
-Design Amazon Brand Story modules and Storefront pages.
-Create product and packaging mockups.
-Design product packaging and box artwork using supplier-provided dielines.
-Conduct market and competitor research using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools to identify opportunities to improve our listing images, product messaging, layout, and overall presentation.
-Use AI tools to generate specific image elements, backgrounds, settings, or concepts when needed.
-Edit and refine all elements in Adobe Photoshop so the final images look realistic, accurate, and professional.
-Upload and manage listing images, A+ Content, Brand Story, and Storefront content in Amazon Seller Central; monitor approval status, display quality, and mobile responsiveness; and revise designs based on feedback, performance results, and Amazon requirements.
-Maintain organized source files, final files, revisions, and approved versions.

REQUIREMENTS:
-FEMALE applicants only
-Must have proven work experience as an Amazon Graphic Designer or Amazon VA handling creative content for Amazon FBA Private Label products. Please do not apply without relevant Amazon experience.
-Must provide a strong portfolio showing Amazon listing images, Premium A+ Content, Brand Story, Storefront design, packaging design, and product mockups.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
-Must understand Amazon image requirements, content formats, mobile layouts, and Seller Central processes.
-Experience with Amazon A/B testing or Manage Your Experiments is preferred.
-Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon research tools.
-Experience using AI image-generation tools as part of a professional design workflow while maintaining realistic and accurate final results.
-Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, branding, product accuracy, and conversion-focused design.
-Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret competitor findings and performance data.
-Strong communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
-Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a high level of accuracy.
-Strong time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines.
-Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
-Willing to learn, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities over time.
-Must have a reliable, fully functional computer suitable for professional graphic design work.
-Must have a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps.
-Must be comfortable using a time-tracking tool during working hours.
