We’re looking for experienced Amazon VAs / Account Managers to help test an early-stage software product built for Amazon sellers.
This is not a generic VA role.
You’ll use the product from the perspective of a real Amazon operator and help us understand what works, what feels confusing, what information is missing, and whether the workflows and recommendations actually make sense in day-to-day Amazon operations.
Important
We strongly prefer candidates who currently have access to an active Amazon Seller Central account, either through:
- a current client
- an employer
- or their own seller account
This will help us compare product workflows with real Seller Central data and operations.
What you’ll test
You may test workflows related to:
- Seller Central
- Account Health
- Inventory / FBA
- Listings and SEO
- Pricing and Buy Box
- PPC
- Product research
- Catalog management
- Profitability
- Seller Support
- Reporting and alerts
You do not need to be an expert in every area.
What we want from you
We’re not looking for feedback like:
“Looks good.”
We want feedback like:
“This recommendation is missing inventory context.”
“I would normally check this inside Seller Central before taking action.”
“This workflow is confusing because…”
“This would save me time if…”
You’ll be a strong fit if you:
- have hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
- currently manage or support an active seller account
- have worked as an Amazon VA, Account Manager, or E-commerce Specialist
- understand real Amazon workflows
- can explain problems clearly
- are comfortable testing early-stage software
- can give honest and structured feedback
- are reliable and responsive
What you’ll do
- test features and workflows
- identify bugs and confusing experiences
- compare the product with your current Amazon workflow
- validate alerts and recommendations
- report missing data or context
- share screenshots or short recordings when needed
- join regular feedback calls
- re-test features after improvements
