We're looking for an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team and help our clients succeed on the world's largest marketplace. If you know Amazon inside and out and thrive on helping brands grow, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll be the go-to Amazon expert for a portfolio of clients, managing their accounts end-to-end. From optimizing listings to running profitable ad campaigns, you'll take ownership of their Amazon presence and drive real results.
You'll manage and optimize product listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ Content, and backend keywords. You'll create, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. You'll oversee FBA inventory management, shipment creation, and stock forecasting to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. You'll handle case management with Amazon Seller Support and resolve account health issues. You'll monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reporting to clients. You'll stay current on Amazon policy changes and algorithm updates, and implement strategies to improve organic rankings and sales velocity.
You must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts. You should have proven experience with Amazon PPC advertising and campaign optimization, along with strong understanding of Amazon FBA processes and inventory management. Familiarity with Amazon's ranking algorithm and SEO best practices is essential. You need excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts, plus a detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing
