JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Ungating & Seller Support Specialist to help our business get approved to sell brands and categories in the UK and US marketplaces.

This role is specifically focused on Amazon category approvals, brand ungating, case handling, and back-and-forth communication with Amazon Seller Support and related teams. We already have genuine business documentation and legitimate supply chain documents. We need someone who understands how to present these correctly to Amazon and manage the process efficiently.

What you will be doing:
Reviewing our invoices, authorisation letters, and supporting documents
Identifying what is missing or what may cause Amazon to reject an application
Submitting ungating applications for brands and categories in Amazon UK and Amazon US
Handling the back-and-forth with Amazon Seller Support through Seller Central
Writing clear and professional case responses and follow-ups
Reapplying when needed with improved documentation and explanations
Tracking all applications, statuses, next actions, and outcomes
Advising us on the best route to get approvals as quickly as possible using legitimate methods only

You must work only within Amazon’s policies
No fake invoices, no manipulated documents, and no black-hat methods
We only want someone who can help using real documentation and compliant processes

Requirements:
Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central
Proven experience getting brands or categories ungated in Amazon UK and/or Amazon US
Strong written English
Very organised and detail-oriented
Able to explain clearly why an application was rejected and what should be changed
Comfortable managing multiple cases at once
Must understand invoices, supplier documentation, letters of authorisation, and Amazon compliance expectations

Preferred:
Experience with grocery, topicals, beauty, supplements, or other restricted categories
Experience with account health, appeals, and policy-related case handling
Experience working with wholesalers, distributors, and branded products

How we will work:
You will be given appropriate access to our Seller Central account through user permissions
You will communicate through the account and keep a clear log of all actions taken
We want someone proactive who can take ownership of the process and reduce the amount of time we personally spend dealing with Amazon

Faster and better-quality case submissions
Fewer unnecessary rejections
More successful approvals for the brands/categories we need
Clear communication and organised tracking of every application
