JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established e-commerce company looking for an experienced Amazon Store Manager to join our team full-time.

We need someone who can take ownership of our Amazon presence — from building and improving our Amazon Storefront to managing listings, operations, advertising, and ongoing account growth.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

* Creating, designing, and managing our Amazon Brand Store / Storefront
* Managing the Amazon Seller Central account
* Creating and optimizing product listings
* Managing parent/child variations and product catalogs
* Optimizing product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and backend search terms
* Uploading and managing product images, videos, and A+ Content
* Maintaining accurate pricing, inventory, and product information
* Monitoring account health and resolving listing/account issues
* Managing FBA inventory and coordinating replenishment
* Monitoring suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and other Seller Central issues
* Managing Amazon PPC campaigns and improving advertising performance
* Conducting keyword and competitor research
* Monitoring reviews, rankings, sales, conversion rates, and overall performance
* Creating promotions, coupons, and other Amazon offers
* Preparing weekly/monthly performance reports
* Identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve profitability
* Keeping up with Amazon policies, tools, and marketplace changes

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

* Has proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central
* Has experience creating and managing Amazon Brand Stores / Storefronts
* Understands Amazon SEO and listing optimization
* Has experience with Amazon PPC
* Understands FBA operations and inventory management
* Is highly organized and detail-oriented
* Can identify problems and solve them independently
* Is comfortable working with spreadsheets and performance data
* Communicates clearly in English
* Can take ownership rather than waiting for instructions for every task
* Is interested in a long-term, full-time position

Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon tools is a plus.
