We’re looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented Amazon Store Manager & Listing Specialist to take full ownership of our Amazon storefront. This is not just a listing role — you’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimising the entire store presence, ensuring listings rank well, content is compliant and conversion-friendly, and the store performs at its best.
This is a remote role and ideal for someone based in the Philippines with a proven track record of managing Amazon storefronts and listings professionally for at least 2 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage Amazon storefront (collections, layout, featured content)
Create, edit, and optimize listings (titles, bullets, keywords, variations)
Handle A+ content and backend SEO
Maintain store compliance, brand registry assets, and content guidelines
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Manage listing errors, suppressions, and reinstatements
Oversee FBA inventory workflows and product data accuracy
Work with marketing/design team to align Amazon content with broader brand goals
Monitor performance data (CTR, conversion rate, sales velocity)
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon listings and storefronts
Fluent in Amazon Seller Central, flat files, A+ content tools, and brand registry
Strong skills in Amazon SEO, keyword research, and performance optimisation
Confident using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools
Able to manage both creative and technical tasks
Highly detail-focused, with excellent communication and self-management
Bonus Points For:
Experience with Amazon Australia or Amazon US stores
Familiarity with Amazon PPC or promotions (not essential)
Ability to edit images or coordinate with designers for graphics
Knowledge of eBay or other marketplaces
Work Setup & Expectations:
Remote (Philippines-based only)
Part-time initially, with opportunity to grow into full-time
Stable internet and power connection is essential
No other job commitments if hired full-time
May be required to use time-tracking or screen-monitoring software
