Most Amazon sourcing jobs are gigs. They last until an account gets suspended, a seller runs out of money, or a paycheck shows up late. Sourcing Squad HQ was built to be different.

WHY THIS ISN'T A GIG
- We've been operating for 2+ years, and we're planning for 20 or more.
- We source for TWO separate Amazon seller accounts. If one ever runs into trouble, the team keeps working and so does your paycheck.
- We pay every other Monday, on time. We have never missed a payment.

WHAT A CAREER HERE LOOKS LIKE
Stage 1, the trial (14 days, $3 USD/hour): We test your real skills. If you meet our expectations and are offered the next phase, you receive a $50 USD bonus at the end of the trial.
Stage 2, settling in (90 days, $3.50-$4.00/hour): You get comfortable with the team and the workflow.
Stage 3, long-term position: A potential pay increase, paid holidays, paid time off, and more.
Throughout: Performance incentives for great work, on top of your hourly pay.

We're telling you the starting rate up front so there are no surprises. We'd rather you d ---------- now than after you've spent an hour applying.

THE HONEST PART
We are one of the best sourcing teams in the space, and we're selective. We've hired 40 VAs and kept 6. That isn't because we're hard to work for. It's because a lot of applicants overstate their experience, and our trial shows it within the first 3-4 days. If you're a real sourcer, you'll feel at home on a team that works at your level. If you're not, we'll both know quickly.

THE PERSON WE'RE BUILDING WITH
A sourcer at heart. Someone who lives for the next deal, gets a rush from finding a winning lead, and wants a place to do it for years.

WHAT YOU DO
You'll find profitable, approvable Amazon leads using Keepa and SellerAmp and log them in Google Sheets. You'll catch the things that kill deals: gated and restricted brands, Amazon on the listing, price history collapses, variation mismatches, and IP-complaint brands. You'll deliver 10 quality leads per shift, with 8 as the minimum for a full shift.

Every lead has to meet both of these:
- 50% ROI minimum
- $7 profit per unit minimum
That's the baseline, not a stretch goal. If those numbers make you nervous, no hard feelings. This just isn't the job for you.

WHO CAN APPLY
- At least 4 years of hands-on Amazon product sourcing (online arbitrage), finding deals day in and day out
- Working knowledge of Keepa and SellerAmp
- Valid references from past employers that we can contact and verify

Only years spent sourcing products count toward the 4. Managing accounts, private label, wholesale, leading a team, and general "Amazon VA" work don't count. If your background is mostly in those areas, please don't apply.

YOUR SCHEDULE
Choose at least 4 weekdays to work. Weekends are open too. The only fixed requirement is 40 hours per week. Your days are set for the 14-day trial, and after that you can submit your availability week to week.

TIME TRACKING
Every VA on the team is tracked on Hubstaff, which takes a screenshot of your screen every 2 minutes. It keeps the time clock honest for everyone. If you work with integrity, you'll never think about it. If you have bad intentions, please skip this post.

WHAT WE VALUE MOST
Accuracy, honesty, and consistency, including saying "I'm not sure about this lead" when you aren't. We want people looking for a long-term home, not a quick gig.

HOW TO APPLY (applications that skip any step are deleted unread)
Begin your message with the word SQUAD, then include:
1. A GOOD resume. We want real thought, real detail, and accurate information, not a quick resume from ChatGPT or Claude. Show us your tools, the categories you've sourced, and your results, and be honest.
2. A 2-3 minute unscripted video (Loom or similar) about your 4+ years of Amazon product sourcing. Cover your tools, your categories, and how many leads you delivered per day at your last job. Also tell us about the best deal you ever found. Real sourcers light up when they tell that story. The video must be emailed to ---------- not sent through this platform.
3. The last product you rejected, and exactly why.
4. Two past employers or sellers we can contact for references (names and how to reach them).
5. Your availability for the 14-day trial: which 4+ weekdays you'd work (weekends are open too). After the trial, you can submit availability week to week.

WHERE THE VIDEO GOES

Email your video, plus anything else you couldn't include with your initial application, to ---------- SQUAD and your full name in the subject line. No video means an incomplete application, and incomplete applications aren't considered.
