Amazon E-Commerce & Vendor Research Specialist
Remote | Part-Time | Philippines

We are a U.S.-based company launching a new e-commerce business focused on tea, spices, and related products, and we are looking for someone in the Philippines who has strong Amazon knowledge and can help us build this the right way from the ground up.

This is not just a basic assistant role. We need someone who understands the setup and ongoing workflow involved in selling on Amazon, including product research, competitor review, listing support, Seller Central, backend setup, category requirements, inventory coordination, and general e-commerce support.

A major part of this role will be understanding how Amazon vendors work, how to research and find useful company and contact information, and how to help us market to and approach them effectively. We are looking for someone who can identify vendors, suppliers, brands, and decision-makers, organize outreach efforts, and support the research and marketing side of building product opportunities.

The right person will be detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to work independently. Strong English communication is important. Experience with Amazon, vendor research, contact research, product sourcing, and e-commerce operations is strongly preferred. Experience in tea, spices, grocery, food, or beverage products is a plus.
