JOB OVERVIEW

HIRING: Amazon Seller Central Specialist (Full-Time, Night Shift — 6pm–2am PHT)

Online Biz ---------- ntum (OBM), a fast-growing U.S.-based Amazon agency, is looking for an experienced Seller Central Specialist to join our Marketplace Management Team.

This role is ONLY for candidates with real, hands-on Seller Central experience.
If you’ve managed catalogs, fixed suppressed listings, handled cases, uploaded flat files, and kept accounts healthy—you might be a great fit.

Position Highlights
Role: Amazon Seller Central Specialist
Schedule: Full-time, 6pm–2am PHT, Monday–Friday
Location: Work from home (Philippines)
Experience Required: 2+ years Amazon Seller Central experience

What You’ll Do
Complete daily/weekly SC health checklists
Fix suppressed, inactive, stranded, or error listings
Upload & troubleshoot flat files
Manage variations & catalog accuracy
Handle case logs with Amazon Support until resolution
Monitor buyer messages, reviews, and feedback
Maintain account health & compliance
Support storefront updates & VOC resolution
Collaborate with Brand Managers and cross-functional teams

What We’re Looking For

Applicants must meet all requirements below:

2+ years hands-on Seller Central experience (including catalog, case logs, and flat files)
Strong attention to detail (We are an EOS company—accuracy matters.)
Ability to follow structured processes Daily/weekly checklists are part of the role.
Reliable remote work setup (Laptop + stable internet + quiet workspace).
Night shift availability. 6pm–2am PHT to align with U.S. team hours.
Excellent written English (We do a lot of support escalations & documentation.)
