JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Central Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory accuracy, replenishment, and stock movement across our Amazon operations.

Responsibilities:
1) Monitor inventory levels, low-stock alerts, stranded inventory, excess inventory, and stock-outs.
2) Plan and create FBA replenishment shipments.
3) Track inbound shipments, stock coverage, sell-through, and restock timelines.
4) Maintain accurate inventory trackers across Amazon, warehouses, and internal systems.
5) Reconcile inventory discrepancies between Amazon and warehouse records.
6) Investigate lost, damaged, unfulfillable, stranded, and receiving discrepancy cases.
7) Submit and follow up on eligible Amazon reimbursement claims.
8) Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure stock is prepared and shipped on time.
9) Prepare inventory, replenishment, and discrepancy reports.
10) Follow inventory SOPs and improve processes to reduce stock-outs and errors.

Requirements:
1) At least 2 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central inventory management experience.
2) Experience with FBA replenishment, shipment creation, inventory reconciliation, stranded inventory, and reimbursement cases.
3) Good understanding of Amazon inventory reports and inbound shipment workflows.
4) Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and inventory trackers.
5) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a large number of SKUs accurately.
6) Good written English and communication skills.
7) Experience with NetSuite, ShipStation, or warehouse systems is preferred.
8) Experience managing North American Amazon accounts is preferred.
