We are a growing U.S.-based beauty brand looking for a highly detail-oriented Amazon Seller Central Virtual Assistant to handle the day-to-day “grunt work” of our Amazon catalog. This role is focused on listing optimization, keyword management, A+ Content updates, and backend Seller Central tasks.
This is a part time position (50hr per month) for the first 3 months, if goes well then extended to full time or continued part time. someone who is organized, reliable, and understands how Amazon listings actually work behind the scenes.
Primary Responsibilities
Optimize Amazon product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions)
Perform keyword research and implement backend search terms
Create, update, and edit A+ Content
Manage variations, parent/child relationships, and flat files when needed
Fix listing issues, suppressions, and errors inside Seller Central
Upload and maintain images, lifestyle images, and infographics
Ensure listings follow Amazon compliance and category rules
Coordinate catalog updates across multiple ASINs
Maintain clean, organized documentation of changes made
Execute repetitive catalog tasks accurately and efficiently
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience working inside Amazon Seller Central
Strong understanding of:
Amazon listing SEO
Backend keywords
A+ Content Manager
Variations and flat files
Experience in Beauty, Skincare, or Cosmetics is a big plus
Extremely detail-oriented (small mistakes matter on Amazon)
Comfortable following SOPs and checklists
Good written English for listing copy edits
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
