JOB OVERVIEW

Here’s a quick video sharing why you may want to work with me! ----------

Role Overview:
I’m looking for an exceptional, detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join my equally amazing team. In this role, you’ll be a key member of a cross-functional team, helping ensure the smooth execution of Amazon-related projects that directly support our clients’ success. You’ll collaborate closely with both our overseas point of contact and our U.S.-based manager, providing reliable support while taking full ownership of your responsibilities.

Requirements:
*Must be able to work 20 hours weekly, with the potential to go full-time in the future
*Must be able to work any 4-hour block between 9 AM to 5 PM Mountain Time (US)
*Must have strong written and verbal communication
*Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
*Must have 1-2 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central
*Experience in a start-up or other fast-paced, high-growth company is a plus.
*Must have strong problem-solving skills and must be a creative thinker with demonstrated initiative.
*Must have the ability to identify root causes and effectively communicate complex issues cross-functionally.
*Must be able to work autonomously, and manage tasks and timelines efficiently with minimal oversight.
*Must have the ability to accurately execute operating procedures and best practices as defined by the company

What You’ll Do:

Must-Have Experience (Responsibilities You Must Be Proficient In)

These are the tasks the VA needs to handle independently and confidently from day one:

Account Health and Compliance:
*Monitor the health, account status and listings of client Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts to ensure optimal performance.
*Conduct root cause analysis for errors and issues as they arise and communicate them effectively across departments
*Manage case logs for listing, inventory, and account health-related issues, providing timely resolution and support.
*Perform regular checks and updates to ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
*Communicate with Amazon Seller Support via chat, email, or phone to resolve any issues.
*Monitor product reviews and ratings, proactively escalating low ratings or trends to Account Managers for action
*Maintain and regularly update the Voice of the Customer (VOTC) tracker to monitor product performance insights.

Catalog and Listing Management:
*Assist in maintaining and updating the brand catalog in Seller and Vendor Central using flat files and bulk uploads in Microsoft Excel.
*Optimize product detail pages through content updates and ensure catalog accuracy.
*Manage product listings, from creation to troubleshooting, using flat files and Microsoft Excel
*Upload and manage listing visuals, including A+ Content and thumbnail images, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy
*Write optimized product titles, bullet points, and other copywriting tasks to ensure engaging, high-converting content.

Promotions Support:
*Create and track promotional efforts
*Enroll products in the Subscribe & Save or Vine programs as needed.
*Create weekly Brand Posts, including image editing in Canva (or other similar tools) and craft compelling copy for each post across multiple brands.

Data Collection, Reporting, and Team Collaboration:
*Prepare monthly Virtual Bundles performance reports and support quarterly business recaps.
*Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support Account Managers in achieving client objectives
*Use Microsoft Office and Google Suite for collaboration
*Collaborate with 3P support and the account manager overseeing Luminary brands through email correspondence.

Nice-to-Have Experience (Responsibilities You Can Learn Over Time)

These tasks are valuable but can be trained on the job:

Executive Support:
*Collaborate with the US-based Account Management team through Slack and Asana
*Continuously learn and stay updated with Amazon's platform changes, policies, and industry trends.
*Use Helium 10 for keyword research
