Senior Amazon Seller Central Account Manager — Full-Time Remote
About the Position
Tiffand is hiring an experienced Amazon Seller Central Account Manager to help operate, protect and grow our Amazon business.
This is not an entry-level virtual assistant position. We need someone with substantial hands-on experience inside the Amazon US Seller Central marketplace who can take ownership of our account and care for it as if it were their own.
You must be able to complete assigned work accurately and on time, follow established SOPs and independently identify problems and opportunities without waiting for another task to be assigned.
Tiffand is not primarily a private-label seller. We work directly with established brands as an authorized reseller, and many of the ASINs we sell may have other sellers. Experience with wholesale, authorized-reseller or multi-brand Amazon accounts is preferred but not required.
Primary Responsibilities
Seller Central Account Management
Complete daily Seller Central account checks.
Monitor Account Health and policy notifications.
Identify and resolve suppressed and inactive listings.
Find and fix stranded inventory.
Monitor Voice of the Customer and product-return issues.
Monitor Buy Box ownership, pricing and competing offers.
Identify account problems before they become emergencies.
Create, manage and follow up on Seller Support cases.
Work within Amazon Brand Registry.
Troubleshoot technical Seller Central and catalog issues.
Confirm that requested changes publish correctly and remain live.
Catalog and Listing Management
Create new products and seller SKUs.
Create and update listings through Seller Central and category flat files.
Perform partial updates to existing listings.
Update titles, bullet points, descriptions, attributes, keywords and images.
Create and repair parent-child variation relationships.
Review flat-file processing reports and correct errors.
Troubleshoot contribution conflicts and listing changes that Amazon does not publish.
Maintain accurate product information across the catalog.
Improve existing listings to increase traffic, conversion and sales.
Inventory and Fulfillment
Create FBA shipments.
Prepare and organize FNSKU and FBA box labels.
Send shipment instructions and labels to suppliers.
Log incoming inventory orders into our systems.
Monitor inbound shipments and investigate discrepancies.
File reimbursement and reconciliation cases for missing inventory.
Monitor stock levels and assist with reorder recommendations.
Help determine reorder quantities and timing.
Manage stranded, unfulfillable and excess inventory.
Coordinate shipment and inventory information with suppliers.
Brand and Content Management
Work with our graphic designer to improve Amazon images.
Provide clear creative direction based on customer feedback, competitor research and performance data.
Upload new images and confirm that they publish correctly.
Create and update A+ Content.
Create and update Brand Stories.
Add image alt text and backend content when applicable.
Assist with Amazon listing experiments and A/B tests.
Review customer feedback to identify product and content improvements.
Reporting and Sales Improvement
Review Amazon Business Reports for changes in sessions, conversion, sales and Buy Box performance.
Identify listings receiving traffic but converting poorly.
Investigate declining sales and conversion rates.
Review advertising performance and make basic bid or keyword adjustments when appropriate.
Use Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance and other reports to identify opportunities.
Document findings and recommend specific actions supported by data.
Maintain a prioritized list of account improvements and unresolved issues.
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets and Google Drive.
Complete basic bookkeeping and expense-recording tasks.
Process feedback requests.
Assist with repricing.
Manage reimbursement claims and follow-ups.
Assist with eBay and Walmart orders and listings.
Document processes and improve existing SOPs.
Communicate and manage work through Basecamp.
Complete other administrative duties related to our e-commerce operations.
Required Qualifications
At least three years of substantial hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.
Strong experience with the Amazon US marketplace.
Advanced experience using Amazon category flat files.
Experience changing existing listings through partial-update flat files.
Ability to understand and correct flat-file processing errors.
Strong knowledge of catalog management, attributes and variation relationships.
Experience creating and managing FBA shipments.
Experience working with Seller Support and resolving difficult cases.
Experience with Account Health, restricted products, compliance and hazmat issues.
Experience resolving stranded inventory, suppressed listings and reimbursement claims.
Strong understanding of Amazon policies and Terms of Service.
Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
Professional written and spoken English with strong grammar.
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and investigate root causes.
Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to identify useful work without waiting for another assignment.
Willingness to take ownership and remain accountable for results.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing a wholesale or authorized-reseller Amazon business.
Experience working with multiple brands and large catalogs.
Experience with Amazon Brand Registry.
Experience with A+ Content, Brand Stories and Manage Your Experiments.
Experience reviewing PPC reports and making basic campaign adjustments.
Experience with Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance.
Experience coordinating with graphic designers.
Experience with InventoryLab, Helium 10, Keepa or similar tools.
Experience managing Walmart Marketplace or eBay.
Experience documenting processes and creating SOPs.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
The Type of Person We Need
We need someone who follows instructions, meets deadlines and works within established processes—but does not require a task to be assigned every minute of the day.
When assigned work is complete, the right person will proactively:
Check the account for risks and unresolved problems.
Review inventory and upcoming reorder needs.
Follow up on outstanding Seller Support cases.
Identify listings with declining traffic, conversion or sales.
Investigate Voice of the Customer and return issues.
Find catalog, advertising and content improvements.
Document findings and recommend clear next steps.
Complete routine corrections within their authority.
Request approval before making consequential changes.
We want someone who demonstrates structured ownership: a person who follows systems, communicates clearly, understands the larger business objectives and continuously looks for responsible ways to improve the account.
Work Schedule and Exclusivity
This is a full-time position requiring at least eight productive hours per workday.
Your schedule must overlap with our working window of 6:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. Central Time. The final daily schedule will be agreed upon based on business needs and the employee’s location.
