JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our Amazon Seller Central account and optimize the sale and fulfillment of our products. This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of listings, inventory, FBA operations, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Amazon seller account and product listings for maximum visibility and sales.
Use FBA systems to ensure efficient fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and generate actionable reports to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee inventory management and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries related to our products.
Ensure strict compliance with Amazon’s policies, keeping up with marketplace trends and updates.
Collaborate with internal teams for product promotions, marketing strategies, and brand positioning.
Requirements:

Proven experience using Amazon Seller Central and FBA, with a strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, processes, and policies.
Demonstrated ability to manage listings, optimize content, and utilize FBA best practices.
Analytical mindset for reviewing sales data and adjusting strategy for improved performance.
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Capable of working independently, managing time effectively, and using initiative.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with SEO strategies specific to Amazon listings.
Prior experience working in e-commerce across Amazon and other platforms.
Knowledge of digital marketing and marketplace advertising tools.
Summary:
This role is crucial to ensuring your Amazon store runs smoothly, products are visible and properly listed, inventory is well-managed, and sales channels are optimized for growth. The right candidate will be proactive, analytical, and fully versed in the nuances of Amazon’s seller and FBA landscape.

Prefer experience with Walmart marketplace in addition to Amazon if possible.
