SEO Cataloging Specialist – Amazon Marketing Agency (Remote)

We’re looking for a highly organized and analytical SEO Cataloging Specialist to join our team and help power the backend of our clients’ Amazon success.

The Role:

The SEO Cataloging Specialist plays a critical dual role in our agency, driving traffic through SEO and keeping our clients’ Amazon catalogs healthy and optimized. You’ll be responsible for conducting in-depth keyword research, writing listing copy, updating keyword lists, and harvesting terms from PPC to enhance organic rankings. On the cataloging side, you’ll manage suppressed listings, submit reimbursements, upload images, and resolve backend issues with Amazon Seller Support.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who loves data, knows their way around the Amazon backend, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct Amazon SEO research and build keyword strategies using tools like Helium 10, Data Dive, and Jungle Scout
- Update and maintain Master Keyword Lists (MKLs)
- Write Amazon listing copy including titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend search terms
- Harvest high-performing keywords from PPC campaigns to integrate into organic strategy
- Track and report on organic keyword ranking performance
- Troubleshoot suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and other catalog issues
- Submit FBA reimbursement claims and follow up as needed
- Manage catalog backend tasks such as uploading images, scheduling promotions, and opening cases with Amazon Seller Support
- Maintain accurate data in tracking sheets and ensure catalog compliance across accounts

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of Amazon experience working in catalog management and SEO optimization
- Proficiency with Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, and other keyword tools
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to write SEO-friendly listing content
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Extremely organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to type 55+ words per minute
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Comfort using Google Sheets, Excel, and AI tools like ChatGPT
