JOB OVERVIEW

We sell on ---------- . We buy from Canadian wholesalers and retailers and sell on Amazon. We are based in Toronto, growing fast, and planning to expand into the US. We are building our sourcing team now. The first people we hire can grow with us.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring Level 1 now. Levels 2 and 3 are where you can go.
* Level 1, Sourcing VA: USD 600 a month
* Level 2, Senior VA: USD 800 a month
* Level 3, Lead VA, runs the team: USD 1,000 a month

BENEFITS
* One extra month of pay every December
* Bonus every 3 months if you do great work. Hard to get, but real money
* Paid Philippine holidays
* Paid every 2 weeks by Wise to your GCash or bank account
* You choose your hours, day or evening, Philippine time. Once you choose, you keep them
* Full-time, 40 to 50 hours a week

THE JOB
Find high-profit online arbitrage deals and repeatable wholesale products we can buy again and again. Wholesale means finding the brand and a Canadian distributor for it. Online arbitrage means finding it cheaper on a Canadian store website, including coupons and cash-back deals. You need to be good at both. Only products that sell 50 or more a month. You find it, you tell us why it is good, we d ---------- and buy. You get feedback on every lead.

Experience doing Amazon-to-Amazon flips is a real asset.

YOU
* Know Keepa well. SellerAmp or Seller Assistant is a plus
* Know FBA fees, ROI, gating, IP risk, hazmat
* Good written English
* Follow instructions. Ask if you are not sure
* 3 good leads beat 15 weak ones
* Say "this brand has nothing" when it is true
* Good internet with a backup
