JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for an experienced Amazon Product Research VA to help find high-quality, low-risk, and profitable products for the Australian (AU) marketplace.
I’ve worked with VAs before, but the main issue was low-quality leads, incorrect calculations, and lack of proper validation, so this time I’m only looking for someone who understands how to find accurate, scalable, and well-researched opportunities — not random deals.

???? What I’m Looking For:
- Experience in Online Arbitrage and/or Wholesale sourcing
- Ability to find high-quality leads only (not quantity-based)
- Strong understanding of:
- ROI (minimum 25–30?ter fees)
- Net profit (minimum $5+ per unit)
- Demand validation (BSR, review velocity, seller count)
- Competition analysis (Buy Box, seller rotation, price stability)

???????? IMPORTANT (AU MARKET):
I am based in Australia, so:
- Tools like Keepa and SellerAmp are Restricted in AU
- You must be comfortable with:
- Manual sourcing
- Accurate validation without over-reliance on tools
- Prefer sourcing from Australian suppliers where possible (faster delivery, fewer issues)

???? PRODUCT STRATEGY:
- Focus on low-risk, consistent products
- Avoid unstable listings or heavy price fluctuations
- Prefer listings with stable Buy Box and manageable competition

???? GATED vs UNGATED:
- Ungated products are preferred for simplicity and speed
- However, I am also open to gated products if:
- The supplier is legitimate (wholesale / distributor)
- Can provide a valid invoice acceptable by Amazon
- Pricing and margins are still strong after all costs

???? I am NOT interested in:
- Cheap or unreliable suppliers
- Retail-only sources for ungating (e.g. Kmart, Target, iHerb, etc.)

???? Avoid:
- Supplements, skincare, and restricted categories (unless properly validated)
- Fake ROI or incorrect calculations
- Unverified suppliers

? Bonus (Preferred):
- Ability to find reliable wholesale suppliers
- Experience with ungating process
- Strong understanding of low-risk sourcing strategies

???? Trial Task:
We will start with a small paid trial:
- Provide 3–5 high-quality leads
- Must include full validation
(* Amazon product link
* Supplier link (where to buy)
* Cost price
* Selling price
* Estimated profit after all fees
* Number of sellers
* How much Sales it has past month
* BSR
* Product must have decent reviews on Amazon)
- I will review accuracy and quality

If results are strong ? we move to long-term work

???? Pay:
- Starting: $2.5/hour (or per lead depending on performance)
- Opportunity to scale into consistent long-term / full-time role

Please include:
1. Your past experience (responsibilities and results)
2. Why your previous role ended
3. Example of a product you sourced (with ROI breakdown)
4. Your step-by-step sourcing process (especially for AU)
5. How you ensure products are low-risk and properly validated
6. Your experience with supplier sourcing

I’m looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and focused on quality over quantity for a long-term working relationship.
If you understand the AU market and can consistently deliver strong results, this will become an ongoing role.
Thanks.
