Amazon Product Research & Admin Virtual Assistant (Full-Time, Long-Term)
40 hours/week | $3–$6/hour (based on experience) | EST hours
I’m an Amazon seller currently doing $20,000/month and scaling aggressively toward $100,000/month in 2026. To do that, I’m looking for a right-hand virtual assistant to grow with the business long-term.
This is not gig work. I’m looking for someone who wants stability, growth, and real responsibility inside a fast-growing Amazon operation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your core role will be Amazon product research and admin support, including:
Product Research & Sourcing:
- Finding profitable products using Amazon tools and retailer websites
- Analyzing products using Keepa, SellerAmp (or similar tools)
-Tracking profitability, ROI, sales rank, competition, and risks
- Building and maintaining sourcing spreadsheets
Amazon Admin & Operations:
- Listing checks and basic listing improvements
- Inventory tracking and restock planning
- Ungating requests and documentation support
- Communicating with prep centers when needed
- Monitoring Buy Box and price changes
- Basic Seller Central admin tasks (account health awareness, cases, etc.)
(Training provided for everything above)
What I’m Looking For
Required:
- Full-time availability: 40 hours per week
- Ability to work Mountain Standard Time
- Strong written and spoken English
- Basic understanding of Amazon FBA / FBM (Online Arbitrage, Wholesale, or similar)
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Reliable internet and computer
- Willingness to learn fast and take feedback seriously
Huge Bonus (not required)
- Experience with SellerAmp, Keepa, or similar tools
- Prior Amazon VA or Amazon seller experience
- Spreadsheet confidence (Google Sheets / Excel)
Pay & Growth:
- Starting pay: $3–$6/hour (based on experience)
- 40 hours/week guaranteed
- Raises based on performance and responsibility
- Long-term growth into senior sourcing, operations, or management roles if you perform well
I invest heavily in training and systems — if you’re hungry and execute, this can turn into a very strong long-term position.
How to Apply (IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY)
To prove you are serious and detail-oriented:
1. Record a 60-second talking-head video explaining:
- Who you are
- Your Amazon experience (or why you want to work in Amazon)
- Why you would be a great long-term fit for this role
2. Upload the video to a Google Drive folder
3. Share the folder with:
4. In your application message, include:
- A short written intro
- Confirmation that the Google Drive folder has been shared
Applications without the video will NOT be considered.
