Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Amazon Marketing Expert to lead the full growth strategy for our Amazon store. This is a senior-level role for someone who understands both the art and science of Amazon — from building high-converting listings to running profitable ad campaigns and improving organic keyword rankings. We need a strategic thinker who can work independently and deliver consistent results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, launch, and ongoing optimization of Amazon PPC campaigns including SP, SB, and SD ad types
- Build out campaign structures and manage bids and budgets with a focus on improving ACoS, TACoS, and return on ad spend
- Own listing strategy from titles and bullet points through to A+ Content and product descriptions
- Collaborate with the design team on image strategy and visual content to increase conversion rates
- Perform deep keyword research and continuously expand keyword coverage to improve organic rankings
- Align paid advertising with organic SEO strategy for a cohesive growth approach
- Track and analyze store performance metrics including CTR, CVR, revenue, and profitability
- Plan and execute launch strategies for new products entering the marketplace
- Report weekly on performance with clear insights and strategic recommendations
- Work closely with the operations team to stay aligned on stock levels, promotions, and pricing
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven Amazon PPC experience with a clear history of delivering measurable results
- Solid understanding of Amazon's algorithm, conversion drivers, and ranking factors
- Experience in comprehensive listing optimization including A+ Content and content strategy
- Working knowledge of Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to convert insights into actionable growth plans
- High level of accountability and the ability to operate independently
- Clear and professional English communication skills
- Reliable, meticulous, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience across multiple Amazon brands or large product catalogs
- Proven success scaling products to high revenue levels
- Practical experience executing Amazon product launches
- Exposure to external traffic channels such as TikTok Ads, influencers, or paid social
- History of working alongside creative and operations teams in a collaborative setup
