JOB OVERVIEW

We're an Amazon-focused eCommerce brand looking to add a full-time PPC Specialist to our in-house team. This is a long-term role built for someone who already understands the Amazon ecosystem — whether through FBA, Seller Central, listing management, or general Amazon operations — and is now ready to go deep on PPC.

This role is a great fit if you're new to PPC and excited to build real skills inside one focused brand environment. We love working with people who come in open-minded, ready to learn, and genuinely curious about what makes campaigns work — that's where the best long-term growth happens.

Once training is complete, you will be expected to own your work. That means monitoring campaigns, making decisions, and solving problems independently — not waiting to be told what to do at every step.

What You'll Do:
- Daily monitoring of Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns
- Reviewing search term reports and placement data
- Making bid and budget adjustments based on defined frameworks
- Tracking and documenting performance in spreadsheets
- Gradually taking full ownership of campaign management as you grow in the role

What We're Looking For:
- Prior Amazon experience — FBA, Seller Central, listings, or any hands-on Amazon work (required)
- New to PPC or with basic knowledge — we will train you the right way
- Someone who thinks for themselves and takes initiative once they understand the system
- Comfortable with repetitive, data-driven daily work — results here are built over weeks, not days
- Long-term mindset — this is not a freelancing gig or a stepping stone

Requirements:
- 45 hours/week, U.S. Eastern Time — this is non-negotiable
- This must be your only job — full commitment required
- Stable internet connection — please confirm there are minimal power outages in your area and that you have a backup power source
- Resume required to apply

Application Questions (answer clearly and concisely — do not skip any):

1. What Amazon experience do you have outside of PPC? Be specific — what did you actually do day to day?
2. Tell us about a time you had to figure something out at work without being walked through it. What did you do?
3. Confirm all of the following: This will be my only job. I can commit to 45 hours/week on U.S. Eastern Time. I have a stable internet connection and a backup power source in case of outages.
