We are looking for a senior Amazon PPC & Performance Manager who can take full ownership of our advertising and help scale our business toward €20M+ revenue this year.
This is not a basic campaign management role. You will be responsible for performance, profitability, and scaling across multiple Amazon marketplaces.
You think in systems, not tasks. You use data to make decisions and act fast.
What you will own:
– Full Amazon PPC management (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
– Budget allocation and scaling across ASINs and countries
– Improving TACOS, ACOS and overall profitability
– Launching and scaling new products
– Identifying inefficiencies and eliminating wasted spend
– Driving performance based on data, not assumptions
Data & performance mindset:
– Analyze performance per SKU (revenue, margin, TACOS, CVR)
– Translate data into clear actions
– Work with structured systems (not chaos)
– Continuously improve how performance is tracked and managed
What we expect from you:
– 3–5+ years hands-on Amazon PPC experience
– Proven results scaling Amazon accounts
– Strong analytical mindset (you understand the numbers behind decisions)
– High ownership: you don’t wait, you act
– Ability to think commercially, not just technically
