JOB OVERVIEW

We're a small Amazon advertising agency that manages PPC for founder-led brands. We're looking for a detail-oriented Amazon PPC assistant to handle routine campaign optimization for our clients, following clear written processes.

What you'll do (about 15 hours a week):
- Run daily health checks on client ad accounts (budgets, stock, delivery, unusual changes)
- Review search term reports, add negatives and harvest converting terms using our rules
- Adjust bids, budgets and placements within set ranges
- Write short notes on what changed each week
- Prepare monthly performance numbers

What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year of hands-on Amazon Sponsored Products experience (Seller Central or Vendor Central)
- You understand ACoS, TACoS, search term reports, match types and harvesting
- Strong attention to detail. You follow a checklist every time, and you flag anything unusual instead of guessing.
- Comfortable in Google Sheets and Amazon Ads bulk files
- Clear written English
- Reliable internet and some overlap with US Central business hours
- Nice to have: Helium 10 or another PPC tool, experience with Sponsored Brands

Pay and process:
- $400 to $600 a month, depending on experience
- A short paid test task, then a paid 2-week trial before the regular role
- Room to grow hours as we add clients

To apply, send:
1. A short summary of your Amazon PPC experience, including the kinds of brands and monthly ad spend you've managed
2. Your answer to this question: "A search term has 22 clicks, no attributed orders and $18 in spend. The product's contribution profit before advertising is $12 per unit. What would you check before taking action, what action might you recommend, and what would require approval?"
