JOB OVERVIEW

Amazon PPC Assistant | Sponsored Products

We need an Amazon PPC Assistant to join our team part time.

This role is mainly focused on Amazon Sponsored Products PPC. You do not need to be an expert, but you must already understand the basics of Amazon PPC and be willing to learn our system.

You should understand how to create and manage basic campaign structures, including auto campaigns, broad match, phrase match, exact match, and keyword harvesting.

This is a long term role for the right person. We want to train someone, bring them into our team, and build them up over time.

Main Responsibilities
Create and manage Amazon Sponsored Products campaigns.
Set up auto campaigns correctly.
Understand the difference between broad, phrase, and exact match campaigns.
Help harvest keywords from auto, broad, and phrase campaigns into exact campaigns.
Add negative keywords where needed.
Monitor basic PPC performance such as spend, ACOS, CPC, clicks, orders, and sales.
Follow our SOPs and campaign structure.
Update simple PPC tracking sheets.
Report what changed, what improved, and what needs attention.
Potentially help in other Amazon operations tasks over time.
Requirements
Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
Basic experience with Amazon Sponsored Products PPC.
Understand auto, broad, phrase, and exact match campaigns.
Understand search term reports and keyword harvesting.
Good attention to detail.
Able to follow SOPs.
Good written English.
Reliable, honest, and available for long term work.
Willing to learn and improve.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets.
Nice To Have
Experience with Helium 10.
Experience with Scale Insights, Perpetua, Adtomic, or similar PPC tools.
Experience with Amazon flat files.
Experience with product launches.
Experience with keyword ranking or organic rank tracking.
Working Hours

Start with a few hours per week.

This can increase over time if the work is good.

We prefer someone who is happy to start small, learn our system, and grow into a bigger role.
