Salary Ranges from $500 to $1500/month
Candidates shall be competent in the following:
-Analytical Data Entry & Team Coordination: Execute high-velocity data entry and integrity checks for Wholesale and Private-Label sourcing with a "precision-first" mindset. You must maintain absolute accuracy across our systems—including ASINs, COGS, MSKUs, and ROI entries—while proactively coordinating with the team to interpret the logic behind the data.
-Order Operations & Catalog Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of procurement, from navigating complex wholesale price lists to entering orders and preparing them for shipment creation. You will be responsible for obtaining invoices, verifying unit counts, and maintaining an immaculate product database to ensure all catalog entries are technically accurate and ready for immediate logistics processing.
-Technical Proficiency & Prompting: Leverage modern AI tools (Gemini, Claude) through advanced prompt engineering to synthesize supplier data, generate professional procurement correspondence, and automate complex administrative tasks using Slack and Google Drive to ensure sourcing and logistics deadlines are met with high-quality output.
