JOB OVERVIEW

Amazon Operations Specialist (5+ Years Experience Required)

We are seeking a high-level Amazon operator to join our team and make an immediate impact. This is not an entry-level role, we are looking for someone who can step in on day one and begin executing.

We are a top 300 Amazon seller generating over $30M in annual revenue, and this role requires someone with deep, hands-on experience operating within complex Amazon environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a high-level Amazon role and is confident navigating both the operational and strategic sides of the business.

This position will work closely with our Director of Procurement and Catalog Director, acting as a key support across multiple areas of the business. You will be expected to wear multiple hats, take ownership of tasks, and solve problems independently without constant direction.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Managing reimbursements and resolving discrepancies
Handling reorders and supporting purchasing workflows
Monitoring and addressing account health issues
Overseeing inventory levels and assisting with inventory management
Updating and maintaining internal reports
Communicating with distributors and external partners
Supporting accounts payable processes

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a role for a true operator who can think critically, move quickly, and add value across the business.
