Schedule: US EST Hours
We are looking for a highly capable Amazon Supply Chain & Operations Manager to help lead and run our Amazon USA private label business.
This is a hands-on role that combines team oversight and direct execution. It is roughly 50% manager / 50% individual contributor. We need someone who can lead a small team, make sound operational decisions, and also step in directly to solve issues when needed.
This role sits at the center of our operations — from China supplier production, to freight and customs coordination, to 3PL management, to Amazon FBA inventory flow, to Amazon Seller Central account health and operational issue resolution.
This is not a light coordination role. We are looking for someone who understands Amazon operations deeply and can take real ownership.
What You’ll Be Responsible For

>Manage inventory flow from suppliers in China to 3PL warehouses in the USA and into Amazon FBA
>Monitor inventory levels and help prevent both stockouts and excess inventory
>Build, manage, and improve monthly and seasonal demand forecasts
>Support purchasing and replenishment decisions based on sales trends, forecasts, and operational constraints
>Step in directly during critical operational periods to help solve logistics issues, customs clearance problems, inbound delays, or other supply chain disruptions
>Manage Amazon Seller Central operational workflows as needed
>Own or help resolve Amazon account health issues, including policy violations, IP complaints, and compliance-related issues
>Coordinate closely with internal teams so inventory planning stays aligned with PPC and business needs
>Monitor product listings, rankings, and competitor activity to help maintain marketplace competitiveness
>Work with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners, including issue escalation when needed
>Oversee purchasing activities and help ensure cost-efficiency, strong execution, and on-time delivery
>Manage and mentor a small operations team of 2–3 people
>Help establish clear processes, KPIs, and accountability across the team
>Contribute to process improvement and support other operational or analytical projects as business needs evolve
What We’re Looking For
1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon operations, supply chain, or logistics within an Amazon environment

3. Solid understanding of China-to-USA supply chain flow, including freight forwarding and customs-related coordination
4. Proven experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and demand analysis
5. Hands-on experience using Amazon Seller Central
6. Experience handling Amazon account health, including policy violations, IP complaints, and compliance issues
7. Strong attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to solve issues quickly and calmly
8. Highly organized and process-driven
9. Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
9. Strong English communication skills
10. Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills
11. Comfortable working U.S. East Coast hours

Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, SoStocked, or similar forecasting/software tools
Experience managing a small e-commerce or operations team
Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools
Mandarin is a plus for supplier communication
