JOB OVERVIEW

Job Post — Amazon Operations Specialist
(Full-Time, Remote • Philippines)

Post this on OnlineJobs.ph. This is an execution role with real accountability — not a “checker.”

About the role
We run high-volume Amazon marketplaces and need a full-time operator to keep inventory in stock, shipments clean, and inbound discrepancies recovered. You will own the daily ops queue, work with our team, and keep everything tracked.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week).
Time zone: Overlap with Pacific Time is required.

What you will do (core responsibilities)

• Replenishment execution: Monitor Days of Cover on priority SKUs, create replenishment tickets, coordinate with warehouse/3PL, and track inbound through check-in.
• Inbound tracking: Maintain shipment tracker (working ? shipped ? delivered ? receiving ? checked-in).
• Receive discrepancy recovery: Reconcile shipped vs received by SKU, compile evidence packs, open cases, and follow up until reimbursed or resolved.
• Marketplace health queue: Address stranded inventory, search suppressed listings, pricing errors, coupon status, broken variations, image issues, and content gaps (titles/bullets).
• Case management: Write clean cases with evidence, track SLAs, escalate properly, and maintain a case log.
• Weekly reporting: Revenue-at-risk (stockouts/suppressions), what you fixed, what’s pending, blockers, and next actions.

KPIs (how you’ll be measured)

• Priority SKUs: No preventable stockouts (you escalate early).
• Inbound: 100% shipments tracked end-to-end with key dates.
• Claims: No missed claim windows; consistent follow-up until closure.
• Listing health: Suppressions/critical issues kept low and resolved quickly.
• Communication: Clear daily updates and weekly summaries; no surprises.

Requirements (do not apply if you don’t have these)

• 2+ years hands-on Seller Central experience (inventory, cases, listings).
• Strong understanding of FBA inbound workflows (shipments, receiving, discrepancies).
• Ability to build and maintain trackers (Google Sheets) with clean data discipline.
• Excellent written English for Amazon cases (clear, concise, evidence-driven).
• Reliable internet and ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with flat files, variation repairs, A+ content updates.
• Experience managing US and CA marketplaces.
• Experience with 3PL coordination and outbound shipment scheduling.

Application instructions (filter out weak applicants)

Reply with:
- A short summary of your Amazon operations experience (marketplaces, size of catalog).
- Your exact experience with FBA receive discrepancies (what evidence you use, how you follow up).
- A sample case message you would send to Amazon for missing units.
- Your internet speed and your available working hours overlapping with Pacific Time.
- Put the code word “CLEAN-OPS” in the first line so we know you read the post.

Compensation
Competitive for the Philippines market, based on experience. We reward operators who close loops and protect revenue.

If you’re the type who just “checks things,” don’t apply. If you can diagnose issues, run tickets, and close cases fast — apply.
