JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established Amazon FBA business based in Germany and are currently expanding our sourcing team.

We are looking for an experienced Online Arbitrage Sourcer who can consistently find profitable deals for Amazon FBA.

Our focus is Shop-to-Amazon sourcing (no Amazon flips) across multiple EU marketplaces.

Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing (Main Focus)
– Find profitable online arbitrage deals for Amazon FBA
– Focus on sourcing from German online shops
– Identify additional opportunities from EU retailers with net purchasing options (e.g. Alza, Proshop, etc.)
– Actively source deals from newsletter promotions and special shop campaigns
– Analyze products using Keepa charts and SellerAmp SAS
– Use sourcing tools like Profitpath
– Calculate profit, ROI, and sales potential
– Provide structured and high-quality product leads

Marketplaces

We are actively selling on:
– Amazon Germany
– Amazon Italy
– Amazon Spain
– Amazon France

Deal Requirements

– Minimum profit per unit: €6–8
– Minimum margin: 12%
– Minimum estimated monthly sales: 25 units
– We prefer fewer, high-quality deals over a large quantity of low-quality deals

Requirements

– Proven experience in Amazon Online Arbitrage sourcing (this is required)
– Experience with EU marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES) is mandatory
– Strong knowledge of Keepa (chart analysis is essential)
– Experience with SellerAmp SAS / BuyBot Pro / ProfitGO is required
– Understanding of ROI, profit calculations, BSR, and Buy Box behavior
– Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
– Detail-oriented and organized

Nice to Have

– Experience with ---------- deal groups
– Understanding of FBA fees and product restrictions
– Experience with sourcing tools like Profitpath

Compensation

– Competitive salary depending on experience
– Performance-based bonuses for profitable deals we purchase and sell
– Salary increases based on strong and consistent performance

Benefits

– Work with an experienced and active Amazon FBA team
– Clear sourcing criteria and structured workflows (no guessing)
– Access to premium tools (Keepa, SellerAmp, Profitpath)
– Long-term collaboration with growth potential
– Fair employer with real opportunity to grow financially
– Performance-driven environment with real scaling opportunities

Working Hours

– Preferred working hours: 8:00 – 17:00 (German time)
– Fully remote position

Trial Phase

– If both sides see a good fit, we will start with a 3–4 day paid trial period
– This allows both you and us to evaluate the collaboration

What We Expect

We are not looking for beginners.
We need someone who can consistently deliver profitable deals and understands the Amazon FBA ecosystem.

How to Apply

Please include:
– Your experience with Online Arbitrage
– Tools you have used
– Examples of deals you have sourced
– Your expected salary

We are looking for a long-term partner who wants to grow with us.
