Job Title: Amazon Marketplace Specialist (Execution & Reputation Management)

About the Company
Our company is a fast-growing brand with a diverse product portfolio sold across Amazon, wholesale accounts, and other online marketplaces. We pride ourselves on bringing high-quality and trend-driven products to market quickly and efficiently. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for our 10th Philippines-based employee to help us scale.

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Marketplace Specialist to handle the technical execution of our Amazon storefront. This is a purely implementation-focused role—you are not responsible for strategy or creative direction, as those are handled by a separate department.

You will report directly to our Amazon Marketplace Manager, who is also based in the Philippines, ensuring clear communication and a supportive, localized management style.

Responsibilities
Content Implementation: Accurately upload and manage product images, A+ Content (EBC), and marketing tiles based on provided designs.

Reputation Management: * Conduct a weekly review of all customer feedback and reviews.

Monitor and request the removal of negative Seller Feedback when it violates Amazon’s policies.

Amazon Vine Program: Manage the end-to-end enrollment process and monitor review progress for new products.

Execution Excellence: Ensure all listings remain compliant with Amazon’s guidelines and that all visual assets are active and correctly formatted.

Collaboration: Work closely with the PH-based Manager to ensure all tasks are completed on time for product launches.

Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central.

Policy Knowledge: Familiarity with Amazon’s terms regarding review management and feedback removal.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Skills: High attention to detail and the ability to follow strict technical processes without errors.

Schedule: Must be able to work 40 hours per week (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM USA Central Time).

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $6.00 USD per hour (Starting).

Weekly Pay: Salaries are processed every week.

13th Month Pay: Provided annually.

Paid Time Off: Includes vacation and sick leave.

PH Holidays: Paid time off for Philippines national holidays.

Environment: Work for a stable company with a large, established team in the Philippines.
