About the Role
Ironway is a fast-growing U.S. DTC brand selling rugged, military-inspired field watches. We are looking for a highly skilled Amazon Marketplace Manager who can set up, launch, and manage our Amazon presence from scratch.
This is currently a part-time role with huge growth potential inside the company.
Your Responsibilities: You will fully own the Amazon channel
Amazon Store Setup
- Create optimized product listings & variations
- Keyword research (SEO keywords, ranking strategy)
- Write or optimize titles, bullets, descriptions & A+ content
- Ensure images follow Amazon guidelines (you will coordinate with our design team)
Daily Account Management
- Monitor account health, messages, feedback & compliance
- Manage inventory levels & coordinate FBA shipments
- Track sales, ACOS/TACOS, keyword performance
- Report daily and weekly numbers
Amazon PPC Advertising
- Set up Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other campaigns
- Create campaign structure, bids, and testing plans
- Optimize ACOS/TACOS
- Launch A/B tests
- Scale winning ads
Growth & Optimization
- Rank our main products for key keywords
- Monitor competitors
- Implement new experiments
- Coordinate with our store manager, creative team, and founder
Requirements
- 2+ years Amazon Seller Central experience
- Experience managing FBA, PPC ads, listings, and store health
- Strong English communicating skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, independent worker
- Strong understanding of keyword research & PPC optimization
- Able to work during EU time zones
Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: $4-7/hour (depending on experience)
