The Amazon Manager is the end-to-end owner of Amazon marketplace performance across all active Amazon countries.
This role sits at the centre of Amazon execution, coordinating PPC, listings, operations, compliance, content, and reporting, while ensuring commercial performance, account health, and scalability.
The Amazon Manager manages a team of 3 Amazon specialists and is their go-to person for al trouble shooting, project prioritisation and all other day to day activities.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Account Ownership & Performance
- Own overall performance of Amazon marketplaces (US, DE, UK, CA)
- Monitor and act on Revenue, margin, contribution, Buy Box / Featured Offer, Conversion rate and Account health & performance notifications
- Translate company goals into clear Amazon priorities and roadmaps
Listings, Catalogue & Brand Control
- Oversee all Amazon listings and catalogue structure:
- Ensure Listings trackers are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure Listings are complete, compliant, and optimised
- Ensure Suppressed, inactive, or broken listings are resolved
- Own Brand Registry, contribution issues, and content ownership
- Coordinate re-measurements, stranded inventory fixes, and catalogue clean-ups
PPC & Traffic
- Own PPC strategy and performance
- Set priorities for: Budget allocation, Seasonal pushes (Halloween, Christmas, launches) and TACO / ACOS targets.
- Review Pacvue reports and ensure data is actionable, Insights are shared with Head of MP & DS and PPC aligns with stock, margin, and launch priorities
Compliance, Account Health & Risk Management
- Collaborate with our Product Management team to provide clear instructions how to comply to Amazon’s Policy Compliances regarding Safety regulations, Test reports, CPCs and Violations/Policy warnings.
-Create Structured responses to Amazon cases.
- Coordinate SAFE-T, A-to-Z and feedback removals
Operations & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations on: FBA/FBM strategy, Inbound shipments, Seasonal STR preparation, aged inventory and removals
-Validate operational decisions from an Amazon-impact perspective
- Ensure logistics actions support sales and margin goals
Launch & Growth Execution
- Own Amazon-side execution for new product launches and Seasonal assortments
- Ensure launches follow: Honeymoon strategy, Content readiness, PPC readiness and Stock availability
- Coordinate flat files, content, and PPC timing.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Own Amazon reporting cadence: Weekly performance reviews, Monthly CSTR and Quarterly forecasts (FC)
- Ensure data quality across: Seller Central, Pacvue, SharePoint and Wrike (task management system)
Team Leadership & Process Improvement
- Manage and coach of existing Amazon team
- Set clear: Priorities, SLAs and Quality standards
- Improve processes by: Reducing manual work, improving documentation and scaling repeatable workflows
- Act as single point of truth for anything Amazon-related
