Role Overview
We are looking for an exceptional audit specialist to conduct pre-sale audits for potential clients. These audits do not require backend access and must be created using only publicly available data—demonstrating brand performance, competitive positioning, missed opportunities, and potential growth areas on Amazon.
This is a strategic, analytical, and high-responsibility role with the potential to influence whether major brands sign on with our agency.
Responsibilities
Perform expert-level audits of potential clients using only public-facing Amazon data
Analyze listings, PPC placements, share of voice, pricing, reviews, content optimization, and keyword targeting
Present clear, executive-style audit documents with insights and recommendations
Reverse-engineer ad strategy based on what is visible (e.g., search terms, placements, competitors)
Identify growth gaps and revenue leakage opportunities
Collaborate with sales and strategy teams to support client acquisition
Requirements
5+ years experience in Amazon, brand strategy, or marketplace analytics
Demonstrated ability to analyze brands without backend access
Deep knowledge of the Amazon landcape.
Ability to reverse-engineer PPC structure based on brand footprint
Excellent written and visual presentation skills
Prior experience working with enterprise-level eCommerce or CPG clients
High attention to detail, business acumen, and strategic mindset
Fluent English and strong communication skills
Bonus Points
Experience building competitor benchmarking reports
Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, DataDive, and Brand Analytics
Background in working for an Amazon agency, brand or aggregator
