JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Amazon Listing Content Specialist to own the quality and accuracy of our product content across the Pyle audio catalog. This is a content-first role where precision, clarity, and brand voice matter.
You will be responsible for writing and refining listing copy, reviewing creative assets, maintaining attribute data, and working directly inside Amazon Vendor Central. If you take pride in getting every word right and understand how great content drives sales, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

Copywriting & Listing Optimization

Write compelling, keyword-rich product titles, bullet points, and descriptions across multiple audio and electronics categories
Craft A+ Content copy including module headlines, body text, and comparison chart content
Write image overlay copy, callouts, lifestyle captions, and infographic text for main and secondary product images
Develop feature and specification callouts for new product launches based on product briefs and spec sheets
Ensure all copy is on-brand, accurate, and formatted to Amazon's character limits and style requirements

Proofreading & Content Quality Assurance

Proofread all listing content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and consistency before submission
Audit existing listings against brand voice guidelines and Amazon content policies
Review and QA content across the full catalog to identify errors, outdated information, or suppressed listings
Maintain a content QA tracker to document issues, corrections, and approval status

Design Review & Image Copy

Review product image designs for accuracy of spec callouts, feature highlights, and on-image text
Collaborate with design to ensure image copy is correct, legible, and aligned with listing content
Provide clear, actionable feedback on image drafts including copy corrections and layout suggestions

New Product Onboarding

Review product spec sheets and technical documentation to extract key features and selling points
Translate technical specs into clear, benefit-driven consumer language for listing content
Build out complete content packages for new product launches including titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ copy

Flat File Attributes & Vendor Central

Complete and maintain Amazon flat file templates with accurate product attributes across multiple categories
Upload and manage listing content, variations, and attribute updates directly in Amazon Vendor Central
Troubleshoot content errors, suppressed ASINs, and attribute rejection issues within Vendor Central
Keep catalog data clean, complete, and consistent across all active SKUs

You write clearly and precisely. Every word is intentional. You are obsessive about accuracy. Errors bother you before anyone else notices them. You understand Amazon's content ecosystem including character limits, style guidelines, and backend attributes. You can extract key selling points from technical spec sheets and turn them into consumer-friendly copy. You are organized and can manage content across a large product catalog without losing track of details. You are collaborative and provide clear, respectful feedback to creative teams. You take ownership of quality and do not wait to be told when something needs to be fixed.

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience writing or managing Amazon product listing content
Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central
Familiarity with Amazon flat file templates and bulk attribute uploads
Experience writing A+ Content or Enhanced Brand Content
Background in consumer electronics, audio, or a related product category is a plus
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for catalog management tasks
Strong proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail
