This is a senior specialist role, not a general VA role. We require at least 3 years of hands on seller side experience.

If your Amazon experience is customer service, product research, sourcing, PPC, or online courses only, please do not apply. We verify experience and you will not be shortlisted.

If you have personally built parent and child variation families, fixed a suppressed listing, and debugged a flat file upload error, please keep reading. We are hiring one person for the long term.

About the work
We run an established Amazon store with a large, variation heavy catalog. Our listings are our storefront, so catalog accuracy is the job itself. You will own daily listing operations: creating new products, building variation families, keeping data clean across hundreds of SKUs, and making sure every image and attribute is correct.

This is detail work with real consequences. One wrong UPC or a broken variation theme can cost us sales for days. We want someone who finds that kind of precision satisfying rather than tedious.

What you will actually do
- Create and maintain Amazon listings, including parent and child variation families
- Build and upload flat files and bulk templates, and debug upload errors and rejections
- Fix suppressed, stranded, and incomplete listings, and find the root cause instead of only the symptom
- Manage product images: naming conventions, main and alt image mapping, Amazon image requirements
- Clean and restructure product data in Excel and Google Sheets before it reaches Seller Central
- Run catalog audits using Category Listing Report and inventory reports, and flag inconsistencies before we notice them
- Document your process so it can be repeated

Hard requirements (all four)
1. At least 3 years of hands on Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central experience on the seller side. Buyer side or CS only experience does not count.
2. You have personally created and maintained product listings, including variations. Product research or sourcing alone does not count.
3. Strong Excel and Google Sheets. VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, text functions for SKU building, removing duplicates, and handling CSV files without losing leading zeros.
4. Reliable internet and backup power, plus consistent attendance. You work independently with minimal supervision.

We also need written English clear enough to explain a listing problem without a call, and the honesty to say "I don't know" instead of guessing.

Nice to have
- Flat file experience across multiple categories
- Shopify or other marketplace catalog experience
- Basic image editing (crop, background, resize to Amazon spec)
- Experience writing or following SOPs

Pay and how we set it
- $5.50 to $7.00/hr, 40 hours per week. Your starting rate depends on verified experience and your skills test result.
- First 2 weeks are a paid probation at your agreed rate. Not a free trial.
- Raises are tied to written performance criteria and reviewed at 3 months. No vague promises.
- Paid on time, every time, through Wise. We have a documented payroll process.
- Long term position. We are hiring someone to grow with the catalog.

Our hiring process
1. Application with screening answers (see below).
2. Experience verification. We will ask for your resume and for specifics about listings you have built.
3. A 30 minute video interview. Your microphone is required so we can hear you clearly. Turning your camera on is optional. You will share your screen for part of it. We work through a short live session together in Excel or Google Sheets, using a real flat file with messy source data in it. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to submit beforehand. If the skill is genuinely yours, this is the easiest part of the process.
4. Offer, then your paid 2 week probation.

We are open about this process because it works in both directions. If your experience is overstated, the live session will be uncomfortable. If you are the real thing, it is the fastest way we know to see it. There is no unpaid take home task and no week of waiting for a result.

How to apply
Apply through OnlineJobs.ph messaging only. Please do not email.

Put the word AMAZON on the first line of your message, then answer these four questions briefly. Applications that skip the questions are not reviewed, because these answers are the only way we can tell you apart from a hundred other applicants.

1. Roughly how many SKUs have you personally managed, and in which categories?
2. Have you built and uploaded flat files? If yes, name one thing that commonly breaks an upload and how you fixed it.
3. What is a variation theme, in your
own words? Give one example of a variation family you personally built.
4. Name one listing error or suppression you have resolved (an error code, a compliance issue, a missing attribute) and describe the fix.

Please attach your resume. Strong candidates often get held up simply because we cannot verify anything without one.
Short and specific answers are better than long polished ones. Four honest sentences will get you further here than a page of AI written text.
