JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote Work
Hours per week: 30-40
Shift Times: 11 am to 7pm EST

We’re a US-based e-commerce company selling across multiple platforms (including Amazon). We’re hiring a long-term tea ---------- mber to own replenishment planning, inbound shipments, and inventory issue resolution across 2–3 Amazon seller accounts.

Job Description: Work closely with the owner of multiple private label brands and a small team of 3, all based out of the Philippines. We are a fast-growing e-commerce company that sells in a few different niches.

*This job has the possibility for profit-sharing in addition to the competitive hourly rate. I want whoever we hire to directly benefit from helping grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels across 2-3 Amazon seller accounts
- Place and track POs with US + overseas manufacturers
- Create/manage Seller Support cases for inbound/inventory issues
- Use forecasting sheets to ensure SKUs are not over- or understocked
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Track and report key supply chain metrics (lead times, costs, stock turnover).

Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of Supply Chain experience on Amazon USA
- Experience dealing with seller support with inventory-related cases
- Google Sheets
- Strong English communication skills
- FBA inventory replenishments from US-based warehouses with LTL carriers and container replenishments from overseas manufacturers straight to Amazon warehouses

- Self-starter – you are confident and take the initiative to get things done with minimal supervision
