JOB OVERVIEW

Supply Chain & Inventory Analyst – Amazon FBA

We're building out our Amazon USA private label operations team, and we're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Amazon FBA Inventory Analyst to grow into a future Operations Manager.

This is an entry-to-mid-level role for someone who already has hands-on Amazon FBA / supply chain analyst experience and wants a clear path toward owning end-to-end operations.

You'll work closely with our Supply Chain Manager and leadership team, learning every part of the business — from supplier production in China, to 3PL warehousing, to Amazon FBA — while taking ownership of forecasting, inventory health, and account operations.

## Key Responsibilities

**Inventory & Supply Chain**
- Track inventory levels across 3PL and Amazon FBA; flag stockout or overstock risks early.
- Support and eventually help manage monthly and seasonal demand forecasts.
- Monitor inbound shipments, POs, and lead times from suppliers through to FBA receiving.
- Help troubleshoot logistics issues — customs delays, inbound shipment problems, 3PL discrepancies.

**Amazon Marketplace Support**
- Monitor Amazon account health metrics and flag policy or listing issues to the team.
- Support order management and coordinate with customer service on account-related issues.
- Keep an eye on product listings, rankings, and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with the PPC team so ad spend aligns with current inventory levels.

**Vendor & Purchasing Support**
- Assist with supplier and freight forwarder communication and follow-ups.
- Track vendor performance (on-time delivery, quality) and flag issues.
- Support purchasing activities and cost-tracking.

**Growth & Development**
- Work directly alongside the Operations Manager/Supply Chain Manager to learn strategic decision-making.
- Take on increasing ownership of forecasting, vendor relationships, and account health over time.
- As you build track record against the KPIs above, grow into managing your own reports and eventually the Operations Manager role.

## Qualifications (Must-Have)

- 3 years of experience as an Amazon Supply Chain Specialist, Amazon Inventory/FBA Analyst, or similar supply chain analyst role.
- Working knowledge of Amazon FBA logistics and inventory management.
- Comfortable with data — pulling reports, spotting trends, building basic forecasts.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with partial overlap to U.S. East Coast time zone.
- Fluent in English; strong written and analytical communication.
- Eager to grow into a leadership/management role over time.

## Nice to Have

- Exposure to international shipping/logistics (China to USA), customs, or freight forwarding.
- Familiarity with forecasting tools or Amazon software (e.g., Helium 10, SoStocked).
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Ability to speak Mandarin (a plus, not required).
